Dreams - Stoke on Trent

We were asked when we entered store if we required help. We were looking for a new mattress and were asked to use the mattress machine to guage our movements when sleeping. We were then shown a selection of mattresses which took into account a range of factors to meet our individual requirements.

Paul and Dina were friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to keep checking availability dates even though we asked for a lot of information. They understood our needs and time frames and used their expert knowledge to guide us towards ideal products.

She was very approachable and friendly and dealt with our order quickly and efficiently. We were particularly impressed that she didn't come across "pushy" as some sales assistants do.
