Vicki was so helpful. First giving us space to browse as requested and then supporting us with the mattress machine to find the perfect mattress. She listened to our needs and found us the perfect products.

We were told to look around at our own pace and to call on the assistant if we needed him, we believe his name to be Andrew. He was very friendly and listened to our needs and helped us throughout the way. His knowledge was excellent and the delivery was also great today, Keith and Lee delivered the mattress today, this was arranged with Andrew in store and no issues have occurred with this delivery or overall service. Keith and Lee phoned us before 10am to give a delivery slot, they were on time and we were really impressed that they took their work shoes off whilst within our home, they fitted the mattress onto the bed for us and removed the cover so all we needed to do was dress our bed, excellent service and would definitely recommend. Andrew, Keith and Lee were very helpful, friendly and polite individuals who are a credit to your company.

Mario the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He narrowed down the choice of mattresses immediately so we weren’t overwhelmed and advised on the type of bed frame . I really made something I was anxious about a real pleasurable experience. Buying a bed can be quite stressful as it’s such a big part of life

Jane was incredibly helpful and polite and extremely knowledgeable about all products in store. We came in and described what we were after and she found the perfect product that we ended up purchasing. We were offered hot drinks and at no point did we feel pressurised into making a purchase, it was genuine customer service would 100% recommend!

Vicki who served us was knowledgable and friendly, and even though we were late arriving at Dreams she never rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. She was helpful, friendly and professional throughout. She is an asset to dreams.
