Richard provided us with a warm and knowledgeable service without any sales pressure towards us. We spent over an hour in the Hanley/Stoke store. Nothing was too much trouble. We were provided with pillows to take around and use when trying different mattresses., some of which we tried several times prior to making our purchase decision. We were offered beverages on 2 occasions which was very kind. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Richard was fantastic! Advised us about best mattresses at decent price point and talked us through the entire sales process. Very happy with overall price and even gave my little boy juice and let him watch paw patrol on the tv bed whilst we were sorting our purchase!

Staff member Andrew was very knowleagle about products we used the dreams experience mattress to assess our requirments. it highlighted 4 poss suitable mattresses and he sowed and explained all 4 products in great detail. we then chose one and aheadboard and also pillows he recomended. excellent proffesional experience delivered by Andrew our sales assistant.

Richard was very friendly and showed us a range of mattresses in the shop and offered us a drink too, he also gave us time to discuss options and let us try the mattresses out without rushing us :)
