Quickly asked if would like assistance but it was not forced on us. We were offered an analysis to find the most appropriate match. Shown a number of beds and not pushed into buying the most expensive. Product knowledge was in depth and allowed us to make the best purchase for our needs.

Vicki assisted us with choosing our new mattress - we ended up buying mattress & a new bed as well! She was lovely & very efficient, however due to a power cut overnight the computer systems were not all up & running so we were unable to confirm any delivery date but were advised that it would be 4-6 weeks. We would have preferred it to be sooner Vicki made us a drink, advised us on mattresses etc & patiently let us try most of them out - couldn't have asked for more!

We previously purchased a bed from Dreams so we decided to have a look here first we are really happy with the bed we chose and Vick8 was really helpful in our choice.

Vicki was brilliant, a lovely lady who had excellent product knowledge and provided world class service

Jane was very informative and helpful in helping us find the right bed within our budget

Jane who took our order was so patient with my husband and I who were both rather fussy with what we wanted. Jane made us feel welcome and as though nothing was too much trouble. She is a true credit to your company

Richard was very informative and was very comfortable to talk to . He seemed genuine and interested in our feedback

Has the mattress analysis and colleague took time to show us all suggested mattresses. Gave us time to try them out, made a beautiful cup of coffee, entertained our son while we trialled mattresses and pillows.
