Very efficient well satisfied with Jane's knowledge of all products in store.

my wife and I entered the Dreams store wanting a new mattress, but not sure of what type. a gentleman approaced and ask if we needed assistant, quite clearly in our mind we did.the store person ( Mr Amrit ) showed us the test bed of which we help to establish what type of matterss would comform to our requiements, we were the show three matteress, tried all three and chosethe Farrington D matteress

The store assistant Jane had exceptional knowledge and was able to guide us through every option that might suit our needs. We were not rushed and encouraged to try the beds over and over again to ensure we got the right product. She also allowed us time to discuss without pushing a sale on us and was completely genuine when helping facilitate our decision. Exceptional and relaxed service, which is why we paid on the day.

The staff seemed to know their stuff. Everyone was polite. Bit disappointed I was unable to get NHS discount, but it is offered to the forces and students? Mattress was delivered when they said it would be, although given the choice, I would have preferred it to come sooner. In terms of quality and comfort, it is difficult to say at this early stage. Overall happy with the service.

Vicki took such great care in helping us find our perfect bed. We weren’t very sure about what we wanted but Vicki took the time to really help us figure out which bed suited us best.

The digital tool was a great experience and Jane’s assistance was absolutely perfect. She made a relatively stressful process as smooth as possible.
