Keith served us he was very pleasant and helpful,we went on the machine that tells you which mattress we needed. we were then shown three that would be right for us.we was not rushed into buying one,we went round all three and lay on them to see which one we liked best.I would go to dreams again if I need a bed or mattress.I have also told other people about dreams. Store very well presented, clean, tidy. Received immediate welcome by Richard. We explained our requirements and he took us through the various items explaining the options. When it came to the mattress he explained about the Sleepmatch, which we think is very good and helpful in guiding through the choice of mattresses. We were soon sorted with his help and we were invited to a drink whilst we placed our order. This didn't take long and Richard went through all the details to explain about delivery and the paperless paperwork. We were acknowledged by all the staff present as well which was very nice. A very good shopping experience. Good range of products and options at reasonable prices, whilst offering good quality British made items. Thank you:-)
