Sales consultant very helpful and friendly.

The staff were great, not too pushy. The stock of beds and mattresses was fine. Overall very happy.

Andrew the salesperson was very helpful and nice (we had our three small children in tow and amazingly it was still a relatively painless experience). He didn’t rush us, found somewhere nice for the children to sit (and they felt comfortable, happily watching cbeebies on the tablet) so we were available to have a good look around.

The attendant listened very well and was very warm and friendly

As we entered the store a colleague made themselves avaliable to us, they took us to the sleep measuring machine and then showed us a line of products that suited our needs. She offered us a brew as let us look around to make our decision. As soon as we told her we were ready to buy she took us to pay and even advised on how to get the mattress in my car.

Richard was fantastic and friendly throughout the transaction. Advised of budget and what I wanted from a mattress and he was able to recommend me a mattress within minutes. Very approachable and professional. Excellent manner and customer service skills.
