Dreams - Stoke on Trent

We attended the store with our 4 children. We were immediately greeted by Cassie, who was charming. She was attentive and welcoming without being too pushy. She listened to our needs and recommended that we have a sleep assessment. She did this for us while getting her esteemed colleague to complete the process. Jane was excellent and couldn't have been more informative. She listened to our requirements and guided us round the show room, trying and testing a plethora of mattresses, not once rushing us and was constantly engaged with us. As hubby takes his time and things have to be just right, the children became at a loose end, and Cassie without hesitation asked so politely if we were comfortable with her showing the children the show room. This was such a help as it meant that hubby and I could concentrate on the task at hand which was desperately important as a mattress is required ASAP to support hubby's health issues. We returned the following day minus the children.
