I was met by Jane as soon as I walked into the Stoke store. She was very friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful, she listened to our needs and spent time to ensure our bed was right for us. She made us coffee and put us on a machine to check our needs Fantastic service!

We had a great experience in store, we visited the Stoke store after a few weeks of thinking about a new mattress. After not buying one for a while we walked in and immediately didn’t know where to start - until Jane approached us. She was really friendly and asked what we were looking for before taking us over to the sleep match machine, which was amazing!! There was something I liked about all the beds recommended (Jane showed us every single one and was really patient with us going back and forth), I ended up choosing a bed I probably wouldn’t have as I thought I needed a firm mattress but it actually told me soft was better for me. Really pleased with the service, Jane wasn’t too pushy or anything sales wise, she even offered us a drink which just made us want to go ahead. Very happy customers and will definitely return when we move house in the future!
