The lady I spoke to in the Stoke store, Dina, was extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff member was really friendly and knowledgeable about the products in store, time was not an issue she was more than happy to take as long as needed. First class service

First visit to the store, friendly staff Dina who made all 3 of us comfortable especially my 3 old boy who was co-operative and enjoyed the experience. I liked the bed assessment station which was interesting exercise and helped to narrow our choices in a large store with so many options to pick from, Thank you so much for your help Dina, will come back in future and recommend to Family and Friends.
