Jane was excellent. After the first trip to have a look around we had no intention of buying until we spoke to Jane. She was super helpful and lovely. She helped us decide between 2 beds. I would definitely come back to the store.

Our customer assistant Rich was friendly and listened to our needs. He showed us not only the expensive range but also the more affordable. We never felt under pressure to buy and felt supported in our decision.

The bed where you check to see what will suit you was an excellent idea, and very quick. We would probably have gone for a medium, rather than firm bed without this. Salesperson - Vicki - was very welcoming, explained our options thoroughly, made a good cup of tea, showed us each bed on our list and gave us time to test them all. We did not feel pressurised or rushed at all. NB Our daughter had bought a bed from the same store a few weeks earlier, and recommended Vicki.
