Andrew who assisted us was very helpful and friendly

Richard the sales adviser was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and gave us many options, and allowed us plenty of time in store to make an informed choice. In the store at the same time was the Dreams Area & Regional Manager and sometimes this can be off putting. However this was not shown by Richard as he was a true gentleman and confident in his role. My Granddaughter and partner are moving into a new property shortly and will require 4 new beds and mattress's, and they were present with me in store and they will be coming to this store to make there purchases. It was a very pleasant experience at 90 years of age I would say Richard was one of the nicest sales people I have met. Keep up the tremendous work and many thanks

We were greeted when entered the store, we walked around a couple of times and then the same lovely lady approached to see if we would like any assistance and we said yes as we had found a bed frame but not sure on a mattress of which she then asked if we would like to try the Sleepmatch. Whilst we did this and she then asked if we would like a drink to which we said thank you but we are ok. She then came back when the Sleepmatch was complete and took us to the suitable mattress suggested for us. We were very satisfied with all her assistance and the purchase too. Vicki was very friendly and helpful 😊

Welcomed on arrival to the store.Discussed our requirements and shown several different options.Very friendly staff who spent time with us to ensure all options were thought through. Purchase was easy and delivery,assembly explained well. A successful outcome all round,we look forward to receiving our new bed!

Andrew spotted us quickly and came to our assistance within minutes. He got us into the sleep match machine, made us a coffee, and showed us around the right mattresses for us. We tried them out with plenty of pillows. He was great with our little girl too and said he had daughters himself. Once we had found the right one for us Andrew explains the ordering and delivery and made it really simple for us to find our perfect mattress

Andy came to us as soon as we entered the store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and gave us time to try out various beds. We were offered a coffee and he took time getting to know us and our needs. We were very satisfied with our visit and it was as good as in 2000 when we bought our previous bed.

Richard was the perfect salesman, when you are parting with so much money he gave us the space we needed to talk it over but he also convinced us we were getting a great price for what we wanted - showed us all the mattresses we would like too based on the sleep testing!

I think that Dreams shop has good quality products at a reasonable price. I have bought a bed and 2 mattresses from the store in the past. Very satisfied with them all, that's why I returned to buy another bed. The sales staff are attentative without being pushy. I will continue to return in the future.
