Andrew was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about beds. We had a coffee while we chatted and tested beds. Andrew was very professional but also very easy to talk to and friendly.

Richard was a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. Willing to listen to our feedback and at no time did I feel pressured. Plenty of choices and able to walk away happy at being able to find a product that suited us.
