We used the sleep match machine, and it was really useful it selected 6 options for us not based on price but our needs, would highly recommend using this and it saves wandering around the store trying to decide which mattress to try, there is no hard sales push, but really useful tool in selecting a mattress and as I have back problems took that into consideration too.

Richard was very approachable and knowledgeable on the products.

Dina came to us soon after we arrived in the store. We were welcomed and provided with tea. She took the time to explain the different types and firmness of beds and the simulation experience was useful in confirming what we thought we needed. The choice of beds was overwhelming but Dina was patient is showing us all the available options. We were able to sample about 8 beds and the final decision was not an easy one to make as so many of the beds met the criteria. It would have been helpful to put a yes/no marker on the beds we had sampled as it was difficult to remember which ones we liked best. We wanted to have the bed before Christmas and this narrowed our choice considerably but Dina checked to see what would be available and this helped us to make up our mind.

Lovely greeting from Andrew, who introduced us to the sleep match technology, which was really helpful in deciding our purchase...we also purchased a Tempur pillow following from further advice. We were even offered a warm drink whilst we deliberated over a mattress!

Good advice but also left to browse and think

This is my second purchase from dreams, hence my return. I went in mind to purchase a Tempur mattress, Even though more expensive Tempur mattress I purchase, however, I came away happy and with knowledge that I have purchased the correct one.

Dina helped us so much! She was friendly and extremely knowledgable. She really listened to what our needs were and this is certainly the reason we bought at dreams and not any of the previous stores we looked in. She really stood out and made the experience a lot better for us than any other store did. Dina made the mind boggling task of looking for a bed much easier. We’ll be back for sure.
