Validation 114 Richard in the store in Stoke on Trent was very helpful and had good knowledge of Dreams mattress products. Goods arrived on the day stated, the goods we're then off loaded and put in the correct room without any problem by two very polite Dreams employees.

When we entered the store we were approached by Vicki who asked if we needed help. At the time we just wanted to have a look around the store which she let us do. When we needed help we approached Vicki and she was more than happy to help us and directed us to the Sleepmatch machine so we could be confident of our choice. After the results were know she showed us to the beds so we could test them out in store - we finally made our choice. Although its a longer wait than we would like to have had, we were happy with the price and look forward to receiving our new bed. I am glad we didn't just buy online now, as the Sleepmatch session did give us piece of mind when choosing such an expensive item.

Assisted in store by Andrew who was pleasant and helpful from the minute I walked in the store. I was offered a coffee, shown round the floor and advised as to what may suit me based on my questions. We used the Sleepmatch facility and were able to quickly choose a mattress from the 4 or 5 that Andrew took us to. He was really good and made the purchase simple. Thanks Andrew!
