Although the store was busy efficient staffing made for a pain free visit.

On entering the store we were greeted by the store manager, who asked both myself and fiancé what we were looking for (new mattress) due to suffering from lumbar problems. Within minutes he explained the importance of analysing our sleeping and posture and then proceeded with the bed / mattress analysis machine. Afterwards he introduced to our sales assistant Andrew - who then pointed us in the right direction of suitable mattresses for our posture. Wonderful explanation, time and dedication to both of us. Along with a professional yet friendly approach. Knowing his work and what each mattress can offer. Had enough time to relax and find the right one for our specific needs

From the very friendly welcome when we arrived from the young man on seasonal work to the knowledgable assistant who dealt with us once we had been on the Sleepmatch we were very impressed.

From the moment we walked into the store we were made very welcome , we were greeted by Dina who from start to finish was so knowledgeable about what our needs were she made our visit such a pleasant experience, we are so happy with our new bed and mattress and are extremely happy with how comfortable it is, we can't thank everyone involved enough from sales team to delivery team .....brilliant ....
