We were greeted on entering the store and made aware that assistance was available if we needed it. We didn’t feel pressurised into buying anything and we’re able to browse the products without being “pestered” by a salesman. Richards knowledge of the products was excellent and enabled us to buy the bed that met our needs and our budget

From arriving at the store the staff made an time from product choice all the way through to placing the order.

We were served by a man called Ashley in the dreams store on Etruria way in stoke on trent. He could answer all of our questions with ease. He explained the difference between the initial mattress we were looking at to another one that was more suitable for us and we felt the difference as soon as we laid down on it.

Lay on the bed which measured and suggested which mattresses would be suitable. Taken to try 3 mattresses from which we chose the one we purchased helped by the information provided on each of the mattresses.

Ashley, did a fantastic job. Me and the wife weren’t rushed. Ashley took his time to understand our needs and also was great with our child.

The service we received from Andrew was brilliant nothing was too much trouble and took all our needs into account. Even made my 8 year daughter feel at ease with the process

We were able to find the right product at a price that was reasonable and affordable. The staff were able to answer any questions we asked about the products we purchased.
