Lots of people available to help, were able to try a range and Andy was very helpful when placing the order.

We used the Sleepmatch machine and we pointed towards a number of matches that saved time. The salesman (Andrew) was very knowledgable and explained everything we needed to know and more. I believed him and he clearly knew his stuff, a great style of approach.

Overall a very easy process

Staff member was friendly, without being pushy. Which, we have experienced in this store before. Time taken to allow is to make right choice, left with what we wanted.
