I was highly satisified with the customer service at the store. Jane the member of staff that greeted us at the store showed us the Sleep match which we used and then she advised of the mattresses that were relevant to our requirements. I cant fault the customer service in any way

Friendly service but not pressured to make a purchase. Options given at multiple price ranges so felt like the decision was entirely left to us.

I was made to feel welcome and advised on what to go for to suit my needs.

The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful in describing the products available. Jane (114) took the time to match up our requirements to the stock available even down to showing us the customer satisfaction input of the mattress we singled out. We were very pleased.

The Dreams assistant Vicki was friendly and understood my need for a suitable mattress for my osteo arthritis. I had a test to find me the most suitable mattress and I was shown a number of these. Vicki explained the suitability of each in turn letting me make my own final choice. I was made to feel at home with the offer of a drink of tea. The whole process of choice and purchase was quick and simple.

Very knowledgable and great service even though we will have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for mattress.
