Richard soon narrowed the type of bed we required and took us straight to it. His product knowledge was good, as was his sales manner.

I made a decision today to finally go and view replacement matresses for our bed, so the first place we visited was Dreams considering we were near. We met the store manager whom passed us over to Andrew who's product knowledge was amazing for our needs, we discused everything over a mug of chocolate. We went through the Sleepmatch and viewed different tyres of mattresses and how they felt, i could of feel a sleep in store but don't think my partner wouldn't be happy me snoring. It was there our ultimate mattress although slightly more we had initally spoke about spending but the quality was the best on the market, Andrews knowledge and the time he took to allow us to find what our needs were really made the experience so easy. So it was time to make the decision which was easy and sign on the dotted line, Andrew was so friendly and considering we had only walked into one place Dreams our purchase was a no brainer. So just waiting for delivery now and very excited to have the best nights sleep for a long time..... Thank You Dreams.

We finally made the decision to get new mattresses for our bed, so we were driving past our local Dreams and popped in. We were greeted by the store manager whom passed us on to Andrew. Andrew was really friendly & his product knowledge of our needs was second to none as we lay down on different products to get a feel of what we needed. It was there.....finally a mattress which would give us a Dream nights sleep but it was slightly more we had in our minds to pay "Tempur" which we knew was a vastly top of the range product. But that old saying " you get what you pay for " was there in my mind so Andrew processed our order which was really easy over a cup of chocolate (a must) so it was done and excited to finally get a great nights sleep. Thank You Dreams & Andrew......

Approached by staff member upon entry to the store who offered assistance if we needed anything. Offered us a drink but gave us space to browse without hassling us.

My experience in shop was a pleasant visit, greeted by friendly staff (Jane) when we entered. At no point we're we pressurised or pushed into buying anything. Jane made the visit effortless answering any questions we had and offering her assistance.

I was assisted by a lady called Dina and she was so friendly and was very patient with me throughout the whole process. I was very satisfied with the prices of the products.
