The assistant whose name was Vicki was very helpful and answered all our questions with a vast knowledge of the products and all the information we required.

We walked into the store and we were greeted by Dina who was very friendly and helpful. I advised what I was looking for and she pointed me in the right direction so that we could browse freely. Once I chose the base I wanted Dina was quick to help me find the right kind of mattress using the sleep analysis technology the store has. We tried a couple of different mattresses and eventually settled on one that suited my budget and my back! The process of completing the order was very smooth and Dina went above and beyond in her service. I’m very thankful and can’t wait for my new bed to arrive!

I was given time to browse before being approached by a staff member. I advised him what my budget was and he was very helpful in showing me items within my specified budget. I was not unduly pressured into buying the "add ons" available. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by Vicki who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was very patient to help us find the correct mattress. She also asked us if we would like a drink, which was handed to us quickly by another pleasant member of staff

I am a returning customer and still very satisfied, Richard from the stoke store was very friendly and very knowledgeable, we were very pleased with the customer service

The staff were very attentive and helpful, we were looking to purchase a bed and mattress and Viki and Paul were extremely helpful and attentively listened to our needs.Although the frame was not available we were assured that it soon would be. Our overall shopping experience was excellent.

Having visited a few bed stores we decided to try Dreams and Andrew the sleep expert was very helpful even getting my husband to try out mattresses which is a first. We had a budget and Andrew helped us to get our ideal dream bed and mattress for that budget. Would highly recommend.

Having visited two other stores (Not Dreams) where I was ignored the service care and support given in the Etruria Basford Newcastle U Lyme store was refreshing and very welcome
