Price brilliant, the right mattress we were looking for. And the friendliness of the staff, especially the gentleman that served us, very informative on the quality of the type of mattress which would suite us. We were put at ease has soon as we enter the store. We would definitely return to the store at some time in the future.

Rich our sales assistant was amazing. On arrival he greeted us and asked if he could help? He was friendly, knowledgeable on all products and didn’t pressurise us to buy. After purchasing a kingsize Tempur Cloud lux he suggested the mattress protector and pillows. Which we also purchased. It’s rare you get excellent customer service . Well done Rich 👍

Lovely greeting on arrival, offered a drink and pillows with my purchase and also was offered the sleep match to get the perfect mattress for my needs.

We were served by Richard and he was extremely helpful and aware of my needs (I am partially deaf). His product knowledge was excellent and he was a very personable and considerate young man.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Adam was so helpful and patient with us.

Richard was a great help nothing was to much trouble and he met our expectations. Very knowledgeble and steered us in the right direction making sure we got the best bed for our needs. Even though the shop shuts at18.00pm and we had gone beyond that we were not rushed to get the transaction finalised.

Both myself and my wife were very satisfied because we were advised very professionally what type of mattress we needed as we both suffer with hip problems and hope when we receive our order it stands up to your recommendations
