We were walking to the door a gentleman was holding the door open for us he notice that my husband was having difficulty in walking, the gentleman was name Richard 114 he asked if he could help us, we explain want we were looking for he show us a few beds and asked if we would like a drink and took us to sit down and told us about the sleep machine how it works we tried the sleep machine and found helpful than Richard show us some more beds which he thought might suit us than we chose a small double bed I did like how all the staff were pleasant it made us feel comfortable and also I liked that we were not hassled Richard was very patient with us, my husband walking very slow

YES NOT many headboards that are LOWER you only had two with low back boards and the other that was separate had no colours as grey was like white. A lot of people have sloping rooms from roof and if the want a bed OTTOMAN the back boards are very high. also a lot of your stock looks old fashioned so many beds online now that look more MODERN STYLISH not something out of 90's The one we got was OK my wife liked it more but just one out of whole store. I would hunt for more modern bed frames and have a few more LOWER BACK BOARDS

We used the new technology to find out what mattress suited us best and we picked one off the list, rich the store assistant and the store manager were both extremely friendly and we got a good deal We have left feeling that we haven't been rushed and we have got the right product for us.

We were greeted upon entering the store and offered a hot drink, we were then able to look around to locate a bed frame, before getting assistance with choosing the correct mattress including trying out the machine
