We went purely to look and saw a bed that we loved and were given great assistance in purchasing a mattress as well.

Dina at the Stoke-on-Trent store was amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgable, but not one of those pushy people who want a sell and rush you. She took her time and advise us very well even had a coffee and water. There were offers on pillows and duvets which we also purchased. A fantastic shopping experience and she along with the store is a credit to Dreams.
