Dreams - Stoke on Trent

I have shopped at Dreams on several occasions and have always been very pleased with my purchases. Warm friendly greeting from all of the team is always appreciated.

On arrival at the store We were approached by Dreams staff member Dina, who explained the new distancing rules, which gave us confidence to look around the store. After looking in many other bed stores, we actually found our ideal bed within minutes. We then spent sometime with Dina to choose a mattress. She was very knowledgeable on the products, and helped us to choose the best option for our specific needs. We were very appreciative of the time she spent with us. I’d also like to mention Andy, who we also spoke to, whose advise we also appreciated. Looking forward to receiving our new bed. I really think we got a good deal with very good personal advise and service

He assessed what we needed immediately by introducing us to the sleep match to best guide us to what mattress we needed. From there onwards it was an easy, smooth, and friendly professional experience and we felt very well taken care of. Andy also offered advice and we can not recommend Jake and Andy and the Dreams branch in Stoke-On-Trent enough!
