We were greeted by Jake and he put us at ease with offering us hand sanitizer, a face mask, and a bottle of water and pillow protectors to use whilst trying out different mattresses. He assessed what we needed immediately by introducing us to the sleep match to best guide us to what mattress we needed. From there onwards it was an easy, smooth, and friendly professional experience and we felt very well taken care of. Andy also offered advice and we can not recommend Jake and Andy and the Dreams branch in Stoke-On-Trent enough!
