From the time we entered the store, Vicki was at hand to guide us with the best customer experience. She discussed with us the various mattresses suited to our needs after using the dream machine to validate our body postures. She was kind, patient and most importantly, listened and understood our needs. Overall experience led us to buy a mattress and leave the store happy customers.

Social distancing procedures in place. Jane was excellent, pleasant, chatty, made us feel comfortable, provided refreshments and had a good knowledge of your products, ensuring we made use of the bed/mattress testing facility to enable us to make the correct choice of mattress for our own personal comfort. We discussed many options and were never rushed and settled on purchasing a Grayson K mattress combination along with doze side sleep pillows and extra guarantee cover.
