From opening the door to leaving after a wonderful, well informed shop we felt well informed from friendly non pushy staff. Social distances kept all the time even with a lovely coffee to start. After the experience of checking which bed types we liked and matched too. Andrew showed us various types of mattress off the list. He was informative and very patient even when we went back to our three top mattresses again and again until we chose the one !

The whole process was very smooth, the assistant Dina was very knowledgeable and helpful, she kept the store open for us past closing time as we were still arranging the finance at that point, there were adequate social distancing measures in place and my partner and I felt safe at all times in the store. The advice given felt genuine, she wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive bed and the us of the sleep technology that was recommended by Dina really helped us to understand the mattress that we needed as a couple.

Although staff couldn’t assist us straight away due to them interviewing we just browsed the shop floor until they came. They apologised and helped with what we needed and guided us with our choices. We also purchased a pillow from store but forgot to bring it home with us. Staff phoned to let us know and they delivered it to our do that evening. Excellent service.
