Efficien, knowledgable and friendly staff. As we only required a double bed base and headboard staff went of their wat to give advice as to available options.

From opening the door to leaving after a wonderful, well informed shop we felt well informed from friendly non pushy staff. Social distances kept all the time even with a lovely coffee to start. After the experience of checking which bed types we liked and matched too. Andrew showed us various types of mattress off the list. He was informative and very patient even when we went back to our three top mattresses again and again until we chose the one !
