The assistant Mark Hall at the Stockton branch was fantastic, I would recommend if any of my friends or family need a bed to go and speak to him.

Very friendly and knowledgeable lady who made us feel very welcome in store, without being pushy. Offered the bed test, which we did, refreshments and fully explained the outcome of the test. She took on board what we wanted and compared with the result. She explained the products as well as the importance of sleep posture and we ended up purchasing pillows too. We were not rushed and given plenty of "think" time to make pur decision.

It was a pleasure to shop here friendly young lady who dealt with me .

On entering the store, I was greeted by Charlotte. She made me feel at ease immediately. After a brief chat, Charlotte advised me about the mattress machine. I got on wondering what to expect, whilst I was paying down, my friend was offered a drink whilst waiting *thumbs up Once the machine had finished it's assessment, Charlotte advised my results and showed what type of mattress was recommended.After trying a few mattresses I found the mattress for me. When making payment, everything was adequately explained, different protection offers, asking to unwell pillows etc... A date was agreed for my new mattress. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and great at making me feel at ease. Please send my thanks to her for her assistance.

Mark Hall at the Portrack Lane store was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He was a pleasure to deal with and makes a very nice change to receive good customer service. Based upon this experience I would recommend Dreams to family/friends and will return again.
