After having horrendous experience of purchasing a bed from another large company - I was cautious to say the least. Charlotte was so patient and spent considerable time with us and explained after sales service provided by Dreams - thank you so much Charlotte your were fabulous

We entered the store and never felt we were "jumped on" by staff which in some stores unfortunately you are. We were given time to look at the products and were approached by Mark Hall who simply asked if we needed help and then gave us space to continue to look until we were ready to ask questions etc. Really great atmosphere.

The assistant give us time to look around, then told us which beds where recommend by going on to the machine and showed us the beds, let us try them, give us plenty of time to make up our minds not pushy like other shops you go in
