I just went in for a mooch , looking for a new headboard. Everything was explained to me about the various options . I found a full bed on sale and it fit my needs . I went home and measured up . Returned the next day hopeful it was still there . It was! I bought it . I liked the fact I was not put on any pressure

The members of staff on the day we visited 13/4/22 were very knowledgeable,informative,straight talking,helpfull and patient and understood and answered all our queries and future possible concerns. Paperwork was done concisely and accurate. We would highly recommend Ricky and his team in the future to our family and friends. Its called good old fashioned service to the customer. Many thanks to them,they should be proud of their customer service,something that some retailers have not got and fail to recognise in todays world.

Mark was very helpful and attentive. He listened to our requirements and was able to offer us a number of beds that met both our budget and needs. He wasn't at all pushy unlike the advisor at the previous store we had visited without making a purchase.

Clean store with lots of space. Friendly assistants. We were looked after by Rebecca on both of our visits, who gave us all of the help we needed. We were then left to keep trying different beds without a rush to make a choice. Its nice to visit a store where the staff are all really happy and helpful.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a friendly smile and asked if I was needed help. I told Devon the lovely store assistant that I was after a mattress. Straight away she asked me all the relevant questions and guided me towards the sleep mattress machine. From here we had an idea of what kind of mattresses I needed. From there she was very knowledgeable and patient whilst I tried the different mattresses. Trying her best to find a suitable mattress within my price range. She was then very thorough with explaining all the payment options if I went for the mattress that I was interested in.
