Mark F made the visit very smooth and friendly. It wasn't an issue to him, that I didn't have my husband with me. He easily explain the 3 minute assessment and then the list of mattress's recommended. He started with the nearest and we worked our way along the list. He continued to ask questions and allowed me to take my own time when trying a mattress. I have already explained the assessment part to 2 of my friends.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful from my first step in to the store, then even when trying to finish my payment, when I forgot my PIN number, they managed to calm me down and found a solution to finish my purchase. I might be premature in my praise because my bed has not been delivered yet but they were very professional staff in store during my purchase.

The employee was extremely well knowledge and helped find a suitable mattress for both myself and my partner. the experience was easy and better than any other bed store we had recently been to. we would highly recommend.

We had a good idea of what we wanted and there was no pushing to have something different We were offered the opportunity to use the Sleepmatch machine, which we took. From the suggested mattresses Charlotte could tell us which fitted our requirements and took us to try it, along with another option. Decision made, we went through the options for delivery, insurance, collection of the old mattress and agreed a delivery date. The Covid precautions and cleanliness in the store were impressive without in any way getting in the way of decision making. A very good shopping experience, thanks to Charlotte’s professional and cheerful approach.

We were welcomed and greeted on arrival. Your consultant took time to listen and understand our needs and requirements. All staff were very polite and friendly. We were not rushed or pushed into making a decision. Your consultant was very patient and happy to answer any questions and to offer advice as required. We found it to be a very stress free experience and we left very happy with the decisions and purchases that we made. We would highly recommend.

A friendly ‘hello’ when we entered, then no pressure until we had obviously made a decision. The staff member (Rick) who then processed our order outlined the extras (bedding, assembly etc) without going for the hard sell and was relaxed and friendly - we bought a duvet and paid for assembly!!

Greeted by a friendly member of staff upon entering the store.Enquired as to what help he could offer.Introduced us to another member of staff who would deal with us .

Rebecca was so helpful and made us aware of options that suited our needs. She was very clear about the credit options available to us and the value of getting the mattress insurance. She knew a lot about the products she was showing us and then gave us some time to talk about what we wanted to go for, without being overly pushy for a decision. She made our daughter feel very welcome & gave her some colouring to do and an Easter egg at the end for doing a lovely picture. What a lovely member of your staff!
