We recently visited the store looking for a bed for our first home, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to help us make the best choice for us. We really enjoyed our experience and were very happy with the outcome.

David, the sales person who assisted me, was friendly from the off. There wasn’t any pressure that you would expect from a sales person but someone who was knowledgable and professional throughout. I made it clear I had a budget and he never tried to push me over this but offered plenty of options so I could make choices. I was left alone to make my decision without him breathing down my neck and when I needed to ask questions he was available and friendly. Over the moon with my purchase and the price I paid for it. Couldn’t compliment him highly enough. I have and will continue to recommend him and the store to friends and family.

Charlotte helped us to find a mattress and bed for our new flat and knew we wanted something that can be taken to a house afterwards, so ensured that it would suit our needs. We did the sleep match thing which was a very good experience, we were offered drinks, had conversations that made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely be coming back again to see Charlotte to furnish the rest of our house!
