I had originally ordered online however, it hadn't gone through due to finance not being able to get proof of address with us moving to new build. I rang portract lane Dreams straight away they were super helpful and advised to ring customer services however, with me working 9-5 I couldn't Rebecca found the information out for me and rang me back where she left a voicemail. I soon managed to cancel the finance agreement and I went straight to store after work to purchase the bed we wanted

Staff member who helped me was friendly, knowledgable, patient and very personable. He provided great customer service, helped me make the best choice with my mattress purchase

The salesman was clean and tidy, polite and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A very pleasant young man.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and understanding when I explained what I wanted. Showing me and my wife a number of beds and mattresses that would suit our requirements Nothing seemed a both when I asked to show alternatives to what he initially showed. He was very knowledgeable on what the store had to in relation to what was required

The price offered excellent value for money and the customer service was excellent.

Assistant listened to my requirements and identified the products that may be suitable. I was then left to sample them on my own with no pressure to purchase. Advice was then given at checkout on complimentary products - again with no pressure to purchase.
