We were welcomed into the store bt Jas who offered us a coffee & his advice. We went away to think & look at Bensons Veds to see what they had on Offer . We then came back & met Michelle who again offered us a drink & we then placed our order. Really impressed by Zia’s & Michelle.

The whole experience was pleasant and Michelle was very informative and knowledgeable and able to cater to my nrefs

Michelle was very attentive, helpful and patient Even though we kept changing our minds she continued to offer advice and help. It is probably the friendliest help we have experienced for some time. She allowed time when we needed it but followed up very quickly. We felt that we had the VIP service. Even from the start we were offered a brew twice and chance to set up on the bed machine. Liz who served us was friendly and very knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy like some sales staff can be. Gave us space to look but was there when we were ready to ask questions and pick the bed and mattress we wanted. She was very welcoming and offered us tea/coffee.

Due to being 1st time home buyers we were on the market to buy a new bed and we tried many stores including dreams and their competitors. On arrival to dreams we were greeted by Kas, who was extremely friendly and showed excellent product knowledge. Kas' natural helpful attitude and patience whilst we asked questions lead to us coming back into your store at a later date to commit to the purchase. Throughout the buying experience Kas made it enjoyable, offering personal opinion and advice which as first time buyers was valuable. We went into the store post purchase to personally thank Kas but would like Kas to receive internal recognition through pillow talk. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience at dreams... All thanks to KAS!

The products were good and there was a range of mattress available. the assistant (Kas) was friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to discuss our needs.

Michelle was so friendly with world class customer service. She had an amazing amount of knowledge and information and couldn’t have been more helpful to me. An absolute star. She is a credit to Dreams!

The sales advisor has a really great manner and knowledge of products and also made our experience of buying our bed extremely easy, meeting our requirements rather than just simply selling a product.
