Michelle made our visit a great customer experience from arriving to leaving. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The manager of the store was extremely helpful over 2 visits, helped me to gauge my ideal mattress with the diagnostic equipment in the store and walked me through each. I was offered coffee, water etc but was never pressured into a sale. Would highly recommend.

Michelle was so friendly explained all the different types of mattresses available so that we could then make our final decision. Went above and beyond helping us with pillows and mattress topper.

I had no idea what kind of mattress I would need for me and my husband. The lady Liz explained really well that they have this bed computer system that would help us. That experience was amazing and because I am disabled it made it so much easier to go straight to the beds recommended and find the right one with ease. Then paying and arranging delivery was done really quickly. I also explained that I really overheat at night and Liz then recommended a mattress protector and 2 pillows. I can't stop telling people about how good the whole experience was.

Michelle was brilliant and spent a lot of time with us to help us make the correct purchase choice - she offered us drinks, she found the correct support pillows for us for testing, she told us about the recycling service Dreams provide (which was very important to us), the 40 night guarantee and finance options as well. We were advised to go on the Sleepmatch mattress so we could ascertain which mattress would be suitable. Michelle then took us through around 6 options of mattress of varying budgets and ranges so we had a good overview of what was available. We narrowed it down to two but needed to check finances and Michelle was not pushy at all and advised to go away and think about it and to come back in when we were ready to order, which we did 2 days later. We went back to Michelle and again she was very welcoming and accommodating and processed the order with us with minimal fuss but without rushing through and thoroughly explained each section to us. The overall experience was great and stress free and we are confident we have a mattress which matches all our needs for the next 8 years.

Seen within a few moments. Offered a drink. Product knowledge good. Used the bed sensor. Very pleasant lady. Not too pushy and willing to spend time with us and made to feel important.

The staff was very patient and kind, even though my English was not very good, she spoke slowly to make sure I fully understood. It feels very good.

Liz was a star, she helped advise me on different mattresses, I used the machine to analyse my sleep needs and then Liz showed me to the options best suited for me. I was also provided with a pillow to test out the mattresses properly
