Michelle was very helpful, keeping the kids entertained for us! She was very knowledgeable and not too pressuring. Made it really easy.

We were quickly given assistance on entering the store and all the products we had seen online were available to see in store. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and patient so we were able to really take our time and make the best choices. We were able to work out the different prices for each option in order to make informed choices based on best value for our money. We ended up buying 2 beds not one and also bedside cabinets to match despite not planning to buy these. Seeing them together made us realise that it would make a better purchase having both. We were offered refreshments and there was no pressure to rush our decision. The choice of delivery was also very convenient.

Friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable staff. Quick and efficient delivery with excellent notification and time keeping. Reasonable price. Decent quality of products for the price.

The assistant was very helpful and went and checked on measurements to make sure the bed would fit. She asked if we needed a mattress but we had already bought one. My boyfriend was interested in the beds with TVs and all the staff were happy to demonstrate it. Very friendly store and happy at price.

Great colleague, Howard

We received excellent service from the minute we walked in the store . Howard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were offered drinks while we browsed and he was very patient whilst we decided on the right mattress.

From the moment we walked into the store the sales assistant, Howard, was most helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were enquiring about. Nothing was to much trouble.

We were left to try the mattresses in our own time. But we were able to speak with staff when needed. One member of staff set us up on the electronic bed to test how we sleep and help find the perfect mattess for us. She then showed us to the best suited ones. We purchased a mattress and delivery is due 4 days later which is brilliant.
