Michelle greeted us as we entered but allowed us time to try a number of mattresses without being pushy. When we required any information she was happy to help and was very knowledgeable about the different products. She was also great with our 1 year old son, and was happy to keep him entertained as we tried out a few mattresses.

The staff were all very friendly, approachable and professional. They went out of their way to connect with and take an interest in our four-year-old which meant my husband and I were able to have a more relaxed experience browsing and speaking with staff for advice. We felt listened to and well supported in making our choices whilst not being pressured.

Both Liz and Michelle were very helpful and attentive but gave us the space we needed to decide on what we wanted. Once we had a better idea of what wanted the assistance and guidance was excellent.

Kas was very friendly and welcoming, he didn’t pounce on us when we walked into store, he let us make the decisions but helped answer our questions. We tried the sleep match machine, so we had a better understanding of what we wanted and needed for better sleep as we work shifts. Kas is the perfect balance of friendly and knowledgable, we are always put off from trying stores, but we would definitely recommend this particular store to family and friends. Kas offered drinks and asked if we needed anything else, we received an amazing mattress protector with the bed cover service plan,walked away a very happy and felt we made the right decision. Thank you Kas :)

I NEEDED A MATTRESS IN SHORT TIME AND THE MEMBER OF STAFF THAT I SAW WAS MOST HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY.

Shopped here before and recieved excelent attention so returned again. We were not dissappointed - service all round was great. We will shop here again!
