Sales assistant was knowledgeable and courteous he took time to explain things. We never felt under pressure to purchase.

The colleague who served me was top class. Very helpful, made me a cup of tea, promoted special offers that convinced me to buy.

Icas was so friendly and helpful and helped us to choose the perfect mattress. He entertained our small child whilst we tested mattresses!

The staff were helpful and answered all our questions but gave us time to look at all the beds and mattresses.
