Excellent friendly and informative service by Howard. Obviously store only been open 1 day but hand santizer, gloves and masks available. I would question the effectiveness of the strip of paper required to sit on the bed - as nowhere near the size of a person seemed pointless - personally I would have been quite happy not to use but appreciate why it has to be given.

Manageress had saved an ex display mattress for me. She patiently left me try it out & explained its features. Order was taken quickly and efficiently. Very easy store visit.
