We were asked by Howard if we needed any help as soon as we arrived. He also checked right away that we used the hand sanitiser and offered us gloves and bottles of water then explained the new Covid safety measures in full. He had us use the machine to test what kind of mattress we were looking for then used the data to make recommendations. We tried several mattresses and settled on the last one we tried. He then set us up for our credit agreement and payment etc. He was very friendly throughout the visit. Michelle also helped us with the credit agreement and she was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great visit to the store. We purchased a new mattress, got a new pillow and this was all done quickly and safely.
