The procedure for safety put in place are reassuring. Kas at Stockport store helped with my question and helped me find the best product. The sleep machine is helpful

From stepping into the store to leaving we were looked after so well. Michelle asked us if we needed any help when we first started looking, we told her what we were looking for and she pointed us in the right direction and left us to look, she was there on hand when we needed her and once we had chosen our bed she talked us though the mattresses and found the right one for us. She had great knowledge of the products but didn’t pressure us at all and everything was was done in such a friendly manner. The store was kitted out with hand sanitiser, mattress cover, pillow covers and screens at the desks, bottles of water were also provided and Michelle frequently asked if we were ok with everything she was doing, did we need more space? Did we want her to wear a mask while talking to us? etc The ordering process was quick and easy with all areas covered, she also made our little girl feel very welcome too involving her in conversations. There wasn’t a single point we could fault thoughout the process.
