Dreams - Stockport

Within minutes of arriving, Howard came over, introduced himself and gave us the best customer experience we have ever had! Howard was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and took our needs into consideration. The Dreams bed simulator experience device (I'm sure you know what I mean) was very impressive and relaxing. Once we had been through the simulation, we appreciated being guided towards certain mattresses as it can be so hard to choose between dozens and dozens, so it was brilliant to have it narrowed down by science and our own bodies/sleeping styles. The mattress we ended up choosing was fantastic and within our budget. Granted, the we had to wait a little while to pay (due to COVID and social distancing measures), but Howard was very friendly and chatted away to us while we sat on sofas. Howard took social distancing and COVID safety measures seriously, but without being overbearing and remaining friendly. We were offered drinks, provided with a sanitised and covered pillow to take around the store and a sheet to cover the mattresses we tried. 10/10 experience and have already recommended it to several friends and family!

There were good social distancing in place as well as hygiene - with paper towels provided for testing mattresses. Elizabeth (Liz) was very friendly and accommodating during our visit. She really helped us understand which mattress and pillow would suit us best. She even provided me with a bottle of water when I had a tickle in my throat. Overall she had great knowledge of the mattresses and we are confident we have purchased the right bed for us.
