Kas was very helpful and his assistance enabled me make the purchase as I was only in the shop to compare the prices with other stores. Having spoken to Kas, he was really engaging and supportive in finding me the right frame and mattress within my budget and very was kind of him. His professionalism in second to none and he took his time to answer all my concerns as I had never purchased a bed in a showroom before. I will definitely be coming back in the future and will also recommend him to families and friends. Well done Kas👍🏽

Within minutes of arriving, Howard came over, introduced himself and gave us the best customer experience we have ever had! Howard was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and took our needs into consideration. The Dreams bed simulator experience device (I'm sure you know what I mean) was very impressive and relaxing. Once we had been through the simulation, we appreciated being guided towards certain mattresses as it can be so hard to choose between dozens and dozens, so it was brilliant to have it narrowed down by science and our own bodies/sleeping styles. The mattress we ended up choosing was fantastic and within our budget. Granted, the we had to wait a little while to pay (due to COVID and social distancing measures), but Howard was very friendly and chatted away to us while we sat on sofas. Howard took social distancing and COVID safety measures seriously, but without being overbearing and remaining friendly. We were offered drinks, provided with a sanitised and covered pillow to take around the store and a sheet to cover the mattresses we tried. 10/10 experience and have already recommended it to several friends and family!

Michelle who helped us was very polite from the moment we walked in and then was within ear shots whoever we needed assistance and helped us with everything and was amazing.
