Michelle was highly knowledgable about the products. She was very friendly and helpful, but very conscious of social distancing. She became aware of my health problems early in our discussions, I was choosing a mattress, and she was very concerned about my comfort whilst I was moving around the store.

We haven't got the bed yet waiting for delivery the young man who dealt with us was lovely they offered us a bottle of water they listen to us I was recommended by my sister who lives in Wales and also my neighbour she has her bed from the same store

The shop assistant, Kas, was very helpful and explained very well the results of the test, as well as the differences between mattresses.
