Howard the store assistant looked after us the whole time we were in the store. Explained everything to us in detail and took the time to do our sleep profiles. Great service by the all the team from start to finish! Manager put our order through Quickly and efficiently. Both her and Howard went the extra mile!

Visited during Covid-19 restrictions - I felt totally secure re. risk, staff were professional and friendly, adhering to organisational strict guidelines yet making it a personal experience re. choosing mattrest and pillows. As a single parent on a limited income, I felt no pressure to upgrade from the decision I had come to having viewed Dreams online. The lady confirmed my choice was appropriate for our needs and I appreciated this. I wrongly assumed pillows may be highly priced compared to supermarkets but was really happy to purchase Dreams pillows, taking quality and cost into account. Dreams was recommended to me by a colleague and I have already recommended Dreams to friends. Thank you.
