the manager at the stockport branch was one of the most pleasant people I have met in a store ever. I did not know anything about beds, she went above and beyond in helping me. I actually found a bed cheaper elsewhere but came back to purchase from Dreams just because of how nice she was when helping me. I trusted what she was telling me. She listened to what I wanted, rather than selling the most expensive thing. She was the manager in the stockport branch, her name was michelle. Amazing customer service.

Howard the store assistant looked after us the whole time we were in the store. Explained everything to us in detail and took the time to do our sleep profiles. Great service by the all the team from start to finish! Manager put our order through Quickly and efficiently. Both her and Howard went the extra mile!
