Kassam at the Stockport store was very helpful, and knowledgeable when I was trying to make a decision of which bed to purchase. He took his time to listen to what I wanted & explain the differences and provided me with different quotes so I could make a decision. The process of purchasing the bed was easy & quick, as I had a baby with me so was a bit conscious of this, but Kassam also provided my baby with a book to play with which was a nice gesture. I was also offered a drink. It was a stress free experience & I am glad I popped in to have a look, as I did end up with a bed & ottoman!

The assistant was very helpful

The assistant approached us after we had entered the store, and kindly offered us assistance. This is our first time buying a new mattress so we had no idea where to start. He was not pushy at all and helped us understand the options. He left us to make our decision, which we appreciated and the store manager was lovely when sorting our order.
