On the Saturday we were greeted by Howard at the Stockport store who kindly asked us to use the hand sanitiser and offered us a bottle of water before we got started. We were then showed the silent night virtual sleeping mattress finder which was quick and easy. Howard then gave us a lot of information on the correct mattresses for our needs and was not pushing us to make a decision. We left the store and returned the next day to make our purchase and we were pleased with Michelle and Liz who took over from Howard. They were both very kind and professional to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. I would definitely return to the Stockport store again and I hope we will be dealing with the 3 of them again in the future.
