Absolutely could not fault the dedication to customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Michelle, especially given the fact that the store was very busy and there were many calls on her team's attention, even at the end of Sunday afternoon! I was also impressed that she recalled my son and I visiting the store earlier in the afternoon and the bottles of water were a lovely touch too. Michelle also made us aware of all the options that were available around recycling our existing mattress. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience and I'd be happy to recommend both your company and Michelle and her team - well done!
